WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
U.S. orders: usually fulfilled from California.
EU orders: usually fulfilled from Germany.
Other orders: Orders from outside the US and EU are fulfilled from China.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
US and EU Orders: 5 - 7 days.
Other Orders: 2 - 3 weeks depending on your region and the shipping option selected. Please note transit delays may occur at your local customs for reasons beyond our control.
Tracking Information: Customers receive a tracking code when their order is fulfilled so that they can to track the order in transit.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost, we will offer to send an identical replacement package free of charge after 45 days.
ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS FEES?
If your order is sent from overseas it may attract custom fees or tariffs on delivery. We don't have detailed knowledge or authority to deal with local customs fees or tariffs. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
For orders delivered within Australia, 10% GST is automatically applied at the checkout as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to the following countries:
- Reunion, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Rwanda, Mozambique and Seychelles (shipment service disruption)
- Japan (Holbein Artist Materials has exclusivity)
- Philippines (Nebula Art Supplies has exclusivity)
- Malaysia (Le Art Shop has exclusivity)
CAN I CHANGE THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION VALUE MYSELF?
No, you cannot change the value claimed on customs declarations as the value will be declared as the total value of the items contained in the shipment which is pre-agreed for the purpose of shipping insurance. We will guarantee the replacement of lost goods free of charge and hence the value claimed needs to match the invoice issued by our manufacturer.
