Most orders are delivered from one to two weeks. However, specific delivery time depends on your location and peak / non-peak season for our shipping service providers. Please note transit delays may occur at your local customs for reasons beyond our control.
Each order placed with us will have complimentary tracking information for you to track the delivery progress. In the unlikely event that the package gets lost on its way, we will offer to send an identical replacement package free of charge after 45 days.

For orders delivered within Australia, a 10% GST is automatically applied at the checkout as required by the Australian Taxation Office.
Unfortunately, you cannot change the value claimed on customs declarations as the value will be declared as the total value of the items contained in the shipment which is pre-agreed for the purpose of shipping insurance. We will guarantee the replacement of lost goods free of charge and hence the value claimed needs to match the invoice issued by our manufacturer.
Where possible we have tried our best to optimise the tax / duties charged during the manufacturing cycle, for example we've selected a fulfilment centre in Hong Kong to avoid paying tax on inventory from manufacturers and ensure the savings are passed back on to our customers.
