We offer a two-year limited warranty, beginning at the time of purchase on all Etchr products sold. We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and failure or breakage of parts/full products that render them non-functional.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the original date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All Etchr products are covered by a 24 month manufacturing warranty.

What can I carry inside?
The bag comfortably carries everyday essentials such as your phone, wallet, keys, pens, brushes, and smaller sketchbooks. It was designed with A6 and Panoramic sketchbooks in mind.

An A5 sketchbook can fit if you remove the interior organisers, but smaller formats will sit more comfortably.

How does the modular interior work?
The Muse includes a removable organiser, removable divider, and adjustable tool holders. Use them to separate your essentials, secure tools, or open up the interior for larger items.

Is the Muse only for artists?
Not at all. Use it for work, travel, daily essentials, creative tools, or whatever you like to keep close and organised.

What is the Muse made from?
The Muse is made with animal-free microfibre leather. We chose it for its polished finish, everyday durability, and easy care. For light cleaning, simply wipe it gently with a soft damp cloth when needed.

When will my Muse ship?
If 70 or more bags are pre-ordered before this project ends, orders will ship in September 2026. If the goal is not reached, we’ll refund you in full within 3 working days.
