We offer a two-year limited warranty, beginning at the time of purchase on all Etchr products sold. We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials, workmanship, and failure or breakage of parts/full products that render them non-functional.Â
Can I return or exchange items in my Mystery Pack?Â
Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for Mystery Packs or any of the items inside them. Having said that each individual item is covered by our two-year limited warranty as described above.
