Each Mystery Pack includes its own estimated shipping timeline, which you’ll find on the product description above. Once the campaign wraps up, we’ll email you with an update — and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
3. How long are Mystery Packs available?
Each Mystery Pack is available for a short time, or, sometimes, until it sells out — whichever comes first. Once a pack ends, it won’t be recreated in the same form.
4. Are Mystery Packs discounted?
They are. Alongside thoughtful curation and brand-new, exclusive items, Mystery Packs are usually discounted. The value comes from how everything’s brought together — not from cutting corners.
6. Can I return a Mystery Pack?
Mystery Packs are offered as blind releases, so we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges on them. That said, every individual item inside is covered by our two-year limited warranty, so if anything arrives faulty, we’ll take care of it.

Mystery Packs are designed with mixed media in mind, so they work across a range of wet and dry techniques. If a specific Mystery Pack is intended for a particular medium, we’ll always make that clear in the product description. Absolutely. Mystery Packs work well for beginners and experienced artists alike — especially if you enjoy exploring new tools and combinations without overthinking every choice.
8. Will I receive items I already own?
We take your past purchases made on our website into account when curating Mystery Packs, and we do our best to avoid overlap — especially with non-consumable items like palettes. While we can’t guarantee zero duplication, minimising repeats is something we actively pay attention to when building each pack.
9: Are Mystery Packs stock-clearance or leftover bundles?
Mystery Packs are built intentionally. They include brand-new and exclusive items, alongside Etchr favourites, and are curated as complete setups — not as clearance bundles.
10: Will there be more Mystery Packs in the future?
Yes — and each one will be different. Once a Mystery Pack ends, it isn’t repeated in the same form.
